Funerals or Memorial Services
Our Parish extends its deepest sympathy and support to all grieving people. We warmly welcome the use of our churches for funerals or memorial services, not only for our Parish family but also for the wider community. The Anglican Churches of Quinte West are here to serve as a resource during times of loss.
Please be aware that there is a fee for the priest to officiate at the funeral, and we strive to make each service a reflection of the character and values of the deceased and their family. While every service will be Anglican, there are various ways to personalize and make it special.
We also offer the option (at a per-person cost) of a reception or lunch in the parish hall following the service. Our local funeral homes are excellent sources of assistance and information regarding costs, and we work closely with them.
St. George’s Cemetery in Trenton is available for anyone wishing to have a Christian burial. For more information, including costs, please scroll down the page.
Tariff of Rates: Effective April 1, 2026.
The Cemetery is closed November 1 to April 1 for interments/burials unless by special permission at the discretion of the Board.

Single Plots……………………………………. $1200.00 each + $350.00 cornerstones = $1550.00.
Note: Corner markers must be bought at the time of plot purchase.
Columbarium: Package includes bronze wreath holder and first etching of plaque.

Etching of Columbarium Plaques – First etching no charge. $175.00 each etching thereafter.

No interments will be done on a Sunday.

All markers, monuments and burial vaults are supplied by other sources. Contributions to the care and maintenance fund for markers and monuments to be paid to the cemetery by the supplier as per Provincial regulations. All cheques are to be made payable to
